Our Story
Aegis Capital Guard started in 2016 when our founder realized a harsh truth: most people know more about their car's warranty than their asset protection. After 23 years in financial advising, watching good people get crushed by preventable problems, something had to change. We opened our doors to do one thing exceptionally well — help you keep what you've earned. Since then, we've worked with 247 clients across Romania, building structures that protect businesses, real estate holdings, and family wealth. We're still here in Constanța, still doing the same unglamorous work that actually matters.
